guidelines to become staff on slim-rs

(1) must play for more then 1 months to get MOD.
(2) must play for more then 2 months to get Admin.
(3) must be respectful to all players and staff members.
(4) help out as much as you can with anyone.

Never heard anything about the 2months thing
Admins should have SOME sense of common sense.. Know what to do in certain situations and there's probably a lot more things that I can't think of!
