need SLIMS IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE

anyone else having problems? can log in but it's black screen.. it's not a null.. i think.. 11:11 pm gmt-6 dec. 1st

update: i can get on any char but sarabella.. lol. This IS a null, but it's unlike any other i've seen.

Another update: SARABELLA IS NULLED.. I can get on any character except for sarabella. If i try to get on sarabella, my client stops working. I've tried using different clients. It doesn't matter. I've tried double logging. It just knocks off both characters. it's like an ipkick when i try to get on sarabella? cept it ruins my client and I can't log back in..

FINAL UPDATE: found out what's wrong. I spawned an item from a code given by a fellow player from a custom list. It was master cook cape, i believe. It worked, but was nuledl, therefor my character sarabella is nulled(wasn't nulled when i spawned it). I can not log in until it's deleted.. Which means slim, I really need you to read this..


whenever i try to get on sarabella, It nulls the entire server. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!!!!!!!
Since most staff are inactive, I would really like this fixed.... All that's needed is to go to sarabella's character files and take off the equipment items and inventory items.

Slim did you try to rollback sarabella? I had a different pass, and I found it out, but the problem still remains. I am still nulled!

Slim doesn't make backups nor does he even know about some of those hidden customs. Aintaro added them with the client.
