plz hidden mod or hidden admin

im not like all people who just want to be admin / mod beuase the fink its cool i want to be admin /mod so i can help inprove this server and so i can ban any rule brakers or hackers i have been helping everyday since i was a lv 3 i am good with people i wont abuse my powers i wont hack or anythink and the reason i wont to be a hidden admin or mod is beuase it would be easy to find out if sum 1 is a duper or a hacker aka zackie the ariganal zackie wasnt a duper its the person who hacked her and i wont to be hidden becuase it would get anoiying being stalked by people and i wont abuse my powers and give people items unles they buy them so plz can i become a hidden mod / hidden admin
also it would be a good fing o be a hidden staff becuase i could catch dupers

i have been playing for about a month i help out all my friends and i would ban any dupers i come acros and any1 who brakes rules

also i have been a admin on rits scape but thats now gone and i as also co owner on devilshell and a co owner on teeheepkz i work rirly good and i found out a easy way to ban hacker i will also warn people about the rules about the dds pking glitch and i will hang mostly around pkisland to stop people from hitig 100+witch i no from personal experiance its very anoiying when a person glitch kills u

2. You didn't follow the guidelines.
3. You can't ban as a mod or admin
4. You need mod before getting admin
5. You can't spell.

guidelines r ment to be broken ,ok hidden mod then / ok i wont ban ill tell sum 1 who can ban / i dont care if i carent spell i would still be good at my job ,

ow ye like u said ye not all of us are like that but sume are ok just becuase u a perfect mod/admin
