delta white for admin?

Ive been mod for a while already, alot of the people that got mod after me are now getting admin so i decided to make an app. I have alot of experience when it comes to staff. I was co for a year and a half on a server called strhoodpkz, i kno alot about rsps and i kno how to do some coding if necessary, i was always a well respected member, i dont abuse at all, i try to talk other staff out of banning and muting because peronsally i think it hurts server and its reputation, but i will take necessary steps to keep slim rs a better rsps as admin.
