I was Pk'd at spirit beast two times+pics a few hours later of him lureing

ok, i finnaly got client 9.95. and when i logged in i mistyped name skill or die became skillor die. since acc i meant to put was at air altar, i decided use noob to see the corp. i get there and GfBro is the attacking a mugger. he xplained the mugger is the corp. he says do ::pure and attack it. so i do. and he come and watches me for few sec, tha gets his d claws and pwns me. i missed the pic. so i got onmy lvl 125 (bandos) and went there and told em pking at spiritsheild is bannable, staff will be informed and that i had pic. so i attack the beast and he comes and pk's me again. so i got this pic

the only thigs i can prove i lost with this pic are (full gilded and dfs) i kept my firecape,dgs, and gilded bandos

how is it not bannable? when you download client 9.95 it says in rules "do nor pk at the corporpeal beast"

so what now? he breaks rules and tries to get stuff pking in the process lureing? damn what next? he's gonna dupe and not get banned?

And btw, you're way to easy. When people ask for rares, you give it to them. You let peeps off the hook.
People are told many times not to pk there and they have words in front of them not to but they do anyways. They are jailed but still do it. I think that should resolve in a ban.
