You won't and you're not. I love criticism because it helps me learn! And it's fine.. I do make mistakes every now and then! And there are a few bad staff members that don't deserve it. Sorry to say that, but it's unfortunately true. I don't say that out of hate, but because I have seen plenty of staff members abuse there powers. Most of the staff is donated staff, which is why.

Yeah, that's what ruins the server. Staff positions should be earned, seeing as some people 'rule' the wildy because they are staff. Constructive criticism, ftw!
